In the United States, the growth of the Mexican immigrants that is from Mexico has one of the largest Hispanic groups. Because of the growth of Mexican American population the United States government instructed that all schools in the United States create bilingual programs (late 1960’s). Nowadays, there has been various issues concerning in regards to the evolution of the Spanish and English language difficulties in education. Some supposed that it is acceptable to educate children their foreign language and others do not. The Gill (2011) website, “today, Mexican Americans can be seen in high offices of political stature as for example congress and or Chief Justice of the United States. “ Most importantly, Mexican Americans had a large impact on the United States economy because of their migration to the United States. However, they involve in a movement such as the United Farm Association. Due to the association, Mexican Americans did jobs they did not want to do to better the economy. The main labor Mexican Americans have provided was agriculture. Furthermore, Mexican Americans believe our Lord, Jesus Christ. They are always there for each other when a situation occurs regardless of the situation.
