Dictionary.com defines Karma as an action, seen as bringing upon oneself inevitable results, good or bad, either in this life or in a reincarnation: in Hinduism one of the means of reaching Brahman. Karma, in my opinion, is what you put into life, you get out of life. It is also what comes around goes around, pertaining to one’s actions. For instance, if you are a bad person, and you do bad things, later in life, and in the afterlife you will be punished, but if you are a good person, and do good things, later in life and in the afterlife you will be rewarded.
The Hindu Caste website explains the different castes in the caste system. It narrows them in four different castes, or classes . The first caste is Brahmins, and it includes the priestly class. This people are the middle men between the gods and men. According to this website, a Brahmin was an incarnation of Dharma and they are to serve the Dharma throughout their life. The next caste system is the Kshatriyas. These people are are born to protect. The members of this caste were usually rulers over the communities. The children of this caste were very educated and grew up being capable of becoming rulers of the Indian society. The third caste system is the Vaishyas. This class involved merchant and peasant classes. These people often constructed various buildings throughout India.
