The one thing I know how to prepare people to do is a mma fight which is very difficult. There are many ways of being at ready to fight. The steps we take and do for a fight witch is very need are the basic like muai thay, Brazilian jui jitsu, Crossfit and wrestling. These steps help us in the cage and help us when fights. Most people think doing this stuff takes a couple weeks to do this stuff it take more like 6 month to get ready for one fight or at least thatís what I like to do.
We mostly like to start out with the work outs and cardio because the fact that I donít want to be doing all the work out before the fights. We take about 3 months of dieting and extreme work outs. This contest of weight lifting and cardio work that would work on explosive movements. We also have to watch are weight to high muscle or to low is not good we got to be at least in the middle to make sure we can make weight. They are every strict about weight I got maintain my weight all the time. What I do to make wait is a hard diet as in like chicken, egg whites and protein shakes with a lot of fruit that is high in vitamins. After all the 3 months of crazy work out we train in some mauy thai to work on some striking.
