Polar Ice cap Melting and its Devastating affects
With the world’s creation, there have been many natural climate changes that affected the ice caps. With this, the ice caps have melted and frozen overtime, a natural process. But due to human intervention they have suddenly started to melt faster than we want them to, throwing the world into a slow turning time bomb. With our cars, hairsprays, and harsh chemicals that we put into the atmosphere we have caused our protective o-zone layer to decay and let u-v rays from the sun into the world. Due to this problem the polar ice caps are rapidly melting throwing off the world’s climate changes and creating massive problems around the world. Droughts are becoming more common around the world and harsher summers and winters are immersing. Our global leaders have debated on this topic bouncing ideas back and forth on how to fix this problem for years, however nothing has been done. If we do not act now our country that we cherish and live in will soon be unable to provide the factors that living things need to live off of. Wither we like to believe it or not, people are the main source of this global disaster and it is our job to pick up the pieces and help cure this problem.
