    If you have ever worked in a school system or daycare, you know how sometimes it can be overwhelming. In case study 4.1, Marsha Warren, an experienced third grade teacher is overwhelmed by problems created by her heterogeneous class, which included eight students who have unique home and personal situations that are affecting their schooling. This paper will describe why this class is failing along with recommendations that Ms. Warren should do when returning back to the classroom, and how she handle the situation long-term to prevent from happening again.
    Marsha Warren’s third grade class has 22 students. Eight of the students are behind on their reading level because of their single family home life; they show no interest in learning, low IQ, and language problems. These eight students constantly interrupts the class every day and quarrel amongst themselves for no reason at all. To help or improve their reading, Ms. Warren conducts a reading group with the eight slow readers of the class while the others worked in workbooks at their seats (Sadker, & Zittleman, 2009). The students that are working on their workbook assignment are the behaved ones and always pay attention in the classroom, but are distracted from their assignment by the fighting between the academically low performing students....
