Lyndhurst swamp
The Lyndhurst meadows are full of exciting things. Wildlife, bugs, plants, anything you could possibly think of, and it does smell a bit though that’s a downside. Personally it reminds me of a place were the “Mob” would dump a person after killing them. Besides the wildlife, it really bores me. For instance the wildlife there would be Goose they belong to the family of Anatidae. This family also includes swans, most of them are much larger than goose, ducks are also apart of the family but they are very small. The diamondback terrapin is also another part of the wildlife at the environmental center. This is a species of the native turtle in the brackish coastal swamps in eastern and southern United States. They belong to the monotypic genus malaclemys, it has one of the largest rates of all the turtles in North America. Another species is the Muskrat they are the only species in genus Ondatra. The muskrat is the largest species in the subfamily Arvicoline that includes 142 other species of rodents, mostly voles and lemmings. They are a medium to large sized rat or rodent they are native to North America, but also in Europe and South America. There are so many other different kinds of wildlife in the swamp, they aren’t pleasant creatures but they are apart of the “circle of life” so we say. Everything has a purpose even the most ugly creatures of the earth, including the rodents. ...
